Re: 2nd gen tracker family four wheeler
Not much of an update as again i work on this for minutes everyweek.
But anyway took the old cut off wheel to the rust under the doors and by rust i really just mean i cut it all outta there.
Gonna seal off the seat belt area and install some sliders to protect the cab there since ive smushed the rust there a couple times.
Brakes didnt work very well so went to adjust the drums and there just worn out so ordered some hardware and shoes, and now they work great and even have the hand brake back.
Then i installed the wheel spacers and i know there a pain to check all the time but at least now the tire wont rub on frame. Plus it looks cooler and thats really all that its about.
Also gave up tryin to get the seat belts to work plus they were moldy lookin haha so went and pulled a set at the auto wrecker. Its not a sweet repair but im stoked that my daughters wont be using gross ass old seat belts

The small things add up to make the difference in a rig, the bigger things look cool for sure

Re: 2nd gen tracker family four wheeler
Started on some rock sliders to protect and cover all the body i cut off.
I just winged it and barely measured. Eye balled up the angles and basically did everything you actual fab guys would cringe at

Re: 2nd gen tracker family four wheeler
And after i installed the wheel spacers i had to make some room.
Theres just too much leg room in there so i smashed it back to make it a little more cozy.
Spoiler alert!!! It still rubs haha

Re: 2nd gen tracker family four wheeler
Done lots of little things and had this tracker out everyweekend at least once most the time twice.
Been great.
Last weekend found a trail that was getting too small for even a quad and had to back out too far. Ripped the ol ridged mirror off the pass side haha.
