Re: Samurai Buggy build-third times the charm right?
Yeah I agree on the long belt runs everything is just tacked together. For the most part it’s a copy of a kit made by I believe ict industries
Going to do some junk yard scrounging for a couple smaller idlers
Was even thinking of trying to lower the alternator location a bit.

Re: Samurai Buggy build-third times the charm right?
Of course I welded everything up over built as usual and the mounts warped. So bessy clamps to the rescue. Of course after welding everything in place I remembered I had never leveled any thing left to right. Which was good because we kind of went by eye. After we leveled everything it was still minty lol

Re: Samurai Buggy build-third times the charm right?

seen a set of these for sale locally got me thinking maybe using a set on the buggy being their setup for the narrower width of a sxs. Haven’t looked at any dimensions yet

Worked on it a bit yesterday night didn’t take any pics as my boys were with me which means I spend almost more time trying to keep them alive as working on it.

For those budget minded stock rzr seats would be good to. Especially in smaller rigs.Scott Cee AKA 2drx4 wrote: ↑Sun Mar 15, 2020 5:31 pm Those gayXgay seats would probably work really well in a Sammy.
