Did wiring today still lots left. Im going to run timing control through the sniper as i realised i cant run my rev limiter with my msd box. Ive gutted the pcm wiring from the dak harness so hopefully ive done it all right.

Not a ton to show for how much i worked on this thing this weekend. I have to lock out my dist and "retard the rotor 15*" which really just means advance the pick up 15*. I spent some time dissassembling my dizzy and building a plate to lock it when i found out i was missing a 1/4" tap and couldnt finish it. So i raided the parts bin and found an accel dizzy that i can just tighten a screw to lock out I removed the vac advance diaphram and am just going to weld the tab.

Was making great progress but came down with a serious man cold all week. Anyways back to it ran fuel lines inside the frame to keep them away from the driveshaft ran some more wires and plumed my steering lines.temporarily tied up. I think i will put the doors on so i can line up the front clip and mount the rad.

Shes a runner! Man i just had to hear it run and not throw a rod out the side i bojanked the rad in temporarily to fill it with water so i could find whatever leaks there were. Did the full saretsky as the caps under the rad support. Had issues with the sniper it was a one man show so i had no way of checking timing while cranking although i think i nailed it just by ear. It was also trying to start on the 440 fuel map which wasnt helping. Anyways it sounds nice and crisp should be a solid unit.

Lol the full saretsky. Man I haven’t seen him forever. But it is winter so he is not cruising in his iroc that he jammed a lq4 in no hood of course since he is still running the truck intake lol

Nice work! And just leave the rad, you’ll only have to pull the top hose to fill it after the JB weld blows out for the third time, then after all that, fully send it off a snow bank Larry Enticer style and explode the front diff and call it a great day wheelin #sarestky

Back in the shop fixed a leak and de saretskied the cooling system with an inline cap. Got a 16.5x10 rim for the spare 44 want to find a tube to fit it. I want to finish the front tube work/bumper this weekend im having trouble deciding on a design. Its super ghetto but atleast this gave me an idea of what it would look like.
