Really I think everyone has to admit that for being such a simple build concept this thing just flat out works.

There's millions of flogged Superduties out there just itching to be low buck builds.

It's a beast for sure. It's taken a lot of work to get where it is but I abuse it pretty hard and it's still ready for more.

Took it to work and had the upper holes bored then some new oversized ballpoint eliminator bushings. EMF lower ball joints. Machined some grease grooves in the bolt for better lubrication.

Had it bolted back in when I pulled the front cover and realized my gears were a grenade with the pin pulled.

New gears and bearings made it around the block and the outer Pinion bearing destroyed itself. Locked the front end up

With Timbers Hillbilts help the front end was fixed and back in for May long Wheeling

Did you buy a set of ching-chong-china bearings causing that pinion bearing to fail like that, or was it something else?

That ring gear was crazy close to failing, especially the way this thing gets beat on

No it was a Yukon bearing kit with Timken bearings. That outer one was a Koyo. Timber and I believe it was a bad bearing.

Then with no prep other then taking the kayaks off the truck was raced in the Nadina Offroad Society obstacle course where I may have driven a bit to hard and flipped the truck
