Thing looks damn sweet man. Are ya gonna put a protector plate between winch and fuel cell?

dont think i need it as the fuel cell is actually a plastic cell in side of the red steel can

do you have room under your rad if you lay it flat?

Looking really good.

Trans cooler looks like it should work there, and is still well protected. :rasta:

spent more time trying to figure out suspension stuff. turns out i have to do trailing arms in the rear as coil over/bypass combo will not clear the tire and frame if off the axle with having the diff farther back. so while waiting on trailing arm parts to show up i took another shot at the front, got another set of lower mounts cut same as what was on the truck. i know they clear the tire and high steer arm so have to build uppers to work. probably getting a little carried away with my uppers but will look good and be strong when i get the plates cut from HMF

while im waiting of the shock mount plates and trailing arm parts ive been working on other stuff as i can. got the seat mounts done, seats are one some angle iron notched for the tube and the legs off the seat bar will match up with the front floor tubes

Its best to put the winch behind grill. That way no one will know you take it off road hahaha

This is looking great. Interested in how the trailing arms are going to turn out.

thanks guys, the trailing arms are just going to be tabs on the current links so nothing to fancy. wont be able to use all of the extra travel from trailing arms as rear drive shaft wont let me, only way to fix that is getting rid of the 271 case and thats not in the budget right now. will still have 14-16 of vertical travel so more then enough for trail riding and once i can bank roll a black box 205 set up then will be able to get more rear travel if wanted
