Got a text from buddy about a truck he was picking up for free but he couldnt keep at his house as his old lady said no more after starting the third motor swap without finishing the first. no keys and he didnt think it would run

Turns out it’s a 22re base model hmmmm twenty minutes with a drill ,vice grips, and a flat head screw driver and I’m doing front wheel burn outs cause there is not teeth left on the pinion.

Good
22re that’s runs really well
Fresh lift kit
Bumper that’s made for pushing

Bad
blown rear diff.
Heater core leaks bad
Smashed windows
Won’t fit 35s

I’ve got a diff
I can bypass the heater core.
I think I’ve got windows that will work.
I own a plasma cutter

And of course the purpose built bumper with the only addition being a super bald 35 inch tire in a bro dozer width that need to be bolted on.
