Once we got home I realized that we had broken the weld on high steer arms off again. I said enough of that and went with TMR machined arms. Also decided to full hydro steering upgrade

Then I decided it would be great to go back to Insanity Fab Winter Challenge! Well in good fashion I went out not to long before we had to leave and I broke some Yukon chromoly axles. The panic was on trying to get replacement ones before the race. We did and we made it to the race where I made it a half a lap and blew the knuckle off the truck

To fix my knuckle from falling off again the truck got ball joint eliminators and it was good to go

May long weekend of 2020 decided to go to Houston and wheel for the weekend. Pretty minor weekend plans had a great time with good friends until my Dana 60 blew the ring and pinion.

I lent the truck to Jordon to race in Quesnel where my girlfriend Jaden co-piloted. Was very strange watching someone else drive your truck. They did ok but the truck burnt up a p/s pump and was stalling do to the transmission failing.

We did an annual trip up Baldy Mountain where the transmission had enough. Not shifting, stalling, and throwing all kinds of codesImage It was time for a new transmission. With the new transmission in I finally put the gauges in that I've had forever. Also decided to try an Energizer AGM battery.

That's pretty much up to date. The truck has been wheeled/raced hard for 5 years. I'd say it's done pretty good. It started as a budget build hence the name The Welfare Duty but now with mass amount of money thrown at it over the years it's a pretty serious trail truck. Everyone over the years that has helped me fix or build the truck to what it is I thank you all

Really I think everyone has to admit that for being such a simple build concept this thing just flat out works.

There's millions of flogged Superduties out there just itching to be low buck builds.

The Welfare Duty is a celebrity in the PNW. I was towing it to Houston for a windshield replacement and stopped for fuel, some girls approached me thinking I was the driver, asked me to sign their tities... true story, well mostly. :pimp:

A lot of the axles were Dana 50 then stock Dana 60 ones. Once I went chromoly the breaking slowed down
