Been successful on almost every set line this year for burbot. here is a couple from the other weekend. Pretty tasty once you get past how ugly they are.

Rainbow trout fishing wasn’t too shabby if you were ok with trolling on the lake while slow roasting in the sun lol

My oldest with his first big fish he landed on his own. 5.5 pound lake trout. His initial reaction was “dad I think I snagged bottom !”

We got stuck in Lillooet for a while so my pilot wanted to try sturgeon fishing. After about 3 days of a complete lack of success he finally got one. I did have one on the line at one point but it broke my hook off. :lmao:

Sturgeon fishing is on my list of must do of fishing trips in bc. That and I’d like to head north and try for an inconnu
