i dont have the room or the skills for a lathe of my own so im more then ok with getting someone else to do it

no brakes on this trailer as its a ubult deal so has to be under 3000 pounds and dont plan on loading it down that much

Are you still allowed to make ubuilt trailers?
Im so used to bc laws taking away all our fun and freedoms that i didnt think we were allowed to do that anymore

still can, just have to have paperwork for all the big parts of the trailer. if you want a vin or if over the 3000 pound gvw then you have to get it inspected and jump through more hoops

They tried to get rid of ubilts not being inspected, then they realized there was 10 million janky ubilts out there and inspecting all of them would be a disaster. :lmao:

been working on this as my holidays are in a week, but some things have changed so not taking this trailer with me so will finish it when i have time and more steel

polished up 1 wheel and looks pretty good

got the tongue, spare tire mount and the boat/kayak rack built. not super happy with the rack being square but it was the easy way to do it

put the axle together and springs in and went with spring under to make the trailer not crazy tall

this thing got pulled back out on the weekend, need to finish it then going to try and sell it as not really needed anymore
