I want to add to the sides of the frame but im not sure what. Maybe tube out to under the taillights

Hack off the box under the tail lights and extend it out there with some square tube?

since the bumper sticks out 2 inches use 1.75 tubing and go out and around the box sides.then and either hole saw and tie back into frame or, go right to the wheel well opening, then tie in to frame. That should giving you a good place to hang mudflaps if you were planning on driving it on the high way

Made battery tie downs ran two group 31s in the box. Got it out of the shop for some cleaning i think i will need 2" zero rates in the back.

So update time. With a week to go before the quesnel event the truck still needed rear shocks, seats mounted, oil gauge and wiring tied up, engine bay harness routed and tied up, front clip attached hood pins installed final bolt check, fuel tank vent, diff breathers and trans tunnel/shift boots also charge the shocks and put a block in the back. Theres more to do but thats what it took to get me on the trailer and i finally had a few days where i actualy had an open schedule so sunday the boys came over and we got it DONE. Man what a thrash fest im seriously so thankfull for everyones help. I swear it would have taken me a month to finish what we did in a couple days. There were a few hiccups mainly me not tightening the front u joint straps and self tapping the heater core lol. But the truck worked awesome. I know that i need to address the power steering im going to make a bigger resi and increase the pumps flow and add a cooler. Im also running hydraulic oil right now which might not be helping. And i need to finish the interior wiring and efi tuning. Eventualy on board air. Overall this thing did awesome and its ready to wheel. This forum has been a great motivator for me so thank you.

Dude, the truck turned out sick :pimp: worked awesome for the first wheel and was by far one of the best sounding out there :smokin:

What type of hydraulic oil were you running in the P/S?

Not tightening the front u-joint straps would definitely cause problems. :lmao:
