I'll play the do something every day game.. :lmao:

Made these bungs last night for my rollover valve.

Didnt like the bulkhead style that everyone seems the sell as the rollover ball is held on by the bulk head nut that in the tank and well it's a bulk head fitting.

So found this one from jegs..

its a bulk head fitting but I can just not run the nut in tank and thread it into these bungs I made for a secure connection. Plus with the baffles I can really get to a bulkhead fitting to tighten it. :ideas: :ideas

Tonight is the filler neck nipple for the tank and fill vent nipples. Then this weekend I can finish the fuel cell finally and start back up on the tube work to mount it all

How'd you make the die(s) for stamping it? Pretty cool.

Have to cut out the bung I welded in for them as their web site gave me the wrong info about them for thread specs and sizing :headbang:

Well it was a busy weekend in the HMF shop. Friday I cut Mr Gutsys winch bumper and some kingpin washers for snow racer. Also made this fire pit for my work that will be up for silent auction at the spruce city wildlife fundraiser next month.

So Saturday and Sunday I worked on the truck and got a bunch done... found the limits of my JD2 notch master doing offset notches and high angle notches for bracing. Options are I need to buy the swag offroad reach around attachment or make my own... or buy a new notcher( not in th cards right now)

Rear halo is fully welded just not to the truck still just tacked on. Tape is braces I still need to weld in. Everything fits, its tight but it all fits and I can still see out the back window so pretty happy with that. Trans cooler will be on the cab side of the rad. I have to shorten the winch drum on my smitty xc 9500 to fit in behind the batteries but that's fine I've done it once before so womt be hard. Got the trans lines figured out not going to be cheap but will be nice and tidy when it's all done.

Yea I'll do some digging around at work tonight to see if I can find some 3" x3/4" cold rolled flat bar. If not I might have to make some
