Not to beat the dead horse but the hub turning is fawkin bullshit.
Onto some of the race rules. Now Im not one to bitch, Ill run whatever, and I realize that Cliff and Delray put in a bunch of time, but there was some rule bending going on.
Rules state DOT tires. USD Stickys are NOT DOT tires. They are offroad specific made tires. They should not have been allowed, or separate class.
The second heat in big tire it was dropped to 3 laps because 2 guys did not bring enough E85 to run in their rigs-Too fawkin bad, that's racing.
Would the race have been shortened if I broke and needed time to fix?..not likely
The guy that placed second would not have been able to run in the main event if the lap count didn't change because he would've ran out of fuel. That stuff needs to stop. Not really pissed off, but just my opinion, its their event, they can do what they like, but I feel if you state rules, they should be upheld.

I think a three day race with a third class for unlimited rigs would make it better (over a certain HP? 46+ tires? Rear steer?)
Or maybe a 39.5-44 class?

I agree, I feel like Cliff knows the event is starting to draw a crowd, they will have to make some changes for sure. He said in the awards that next year will be a 3 day. Hopefully more classes to accommodate would be sweet. Ditch the SXS class...
