Bump stop tech ?

On my lifted minivan I’m short on uptravel in the front due to the track bar hitting the diff cover. I’m ok with the lack of uptravel but would like to find a progressive travel bumpstop with say 2” of travel instead of the sudden bang I get when I misjudge a pothole or bump. But I’m not willing to drop the money for air or hydro bumps no matter how much I tell myself I need them. So on the cheap what’s my options?

Day star makes a bumpstop with interchangeable foam inserts bolts in place of a nitrogen or hydraulic bumpstop

If your thinking junk yard scrounging go with either ford super duty front bumps make sure to grab that cup they pop into it’s just a single ten mm to undo them I believe. Or option two Toyota Tundra front bumps.

The daystar setup would be ideal but I think it’s still kinda pricy for my budget. But I’ll look into the junkyard setups.

I think hillbilt might have rocked the superduperduty ones at one time he might be able to fill you in on their performance

As funny as that is, I’ve seriously contemplated using actual air bags to do that very thing. If I could find the right size cheap enough all the way around I could accomplish what I’m after. For summer and rough roads I could add air, lower it In snow season where being soft is preferable

I did run them and they did the job, but aren't really "progressive"
