Synthetic winch line with full sleeve

Synthetic rope with a fiber reinforced sleeve on all of it.

When I bought some extensions from a dealer I asked for sleeves for them and he said "How long" and I said "The whole length" and was met with confusion. The idea of having a small abrasion sleeve on it that you'll 'move around' to where it might get damaged is comical, since we all know that's not how the real world works. Ultimately that dealer shorted me on the sleeves, but I was trying at least. The main reason I've been unwilling to buy synthetic for my winch, aside from the fact my XJ was mostly a driveway ornament, is the idea that the winch rope would lead a short life. This product appears to address that.

Anyway, that eBay seller won't ship to Canada. Does anyone know another dealer that will?
