ok maybe 61% now
got the fuel injection installed and plumbed. still have to wire but that can wait
got my booty fab on and used some T-bolt clamps to hold the fuel filter and pump, should work

Those T-Bolt clamps are way less hack than a lot of what you see holding those on. It's not zip ties or plumber's strap at least.

Still more hack than running an in tank pump.

Well yeah, but this way when it burns out, and it will since it's an external pump and they always do, it at least will be easy to change.

sure an intank would have been better but my cell is not set up for it and i used the inline pump and all the AN lines from the old truck so didnt cost me thing to plumb the system. plus i have a spare new pump that will be in the trail tool box

took some old shitty headers and made them a little less shitty last night. cut the ball and socket flange off and welded some Vbands on

had to build a steering column for this. the 62 column is one piece with the box so that was going to work. used the stock mount in the cab and just drilled a hole in it to lift the column up a bit as needed the extra room. column is a copy of what i built for the buggy, dom tub with some brass bushing.
wood grain wheel as wanted to keep it classy

Sexy steering wheel and column. I never even considered scratch building the column for something that wasn't a buggy.

would be better if i had the tools to do it right and put bearings in it, instead of bushings but will work for now

Try this one. Your 44’s will wind up on this before you finish the buggy anyways. Cut lots now less later
