The machine came with a pair of chains that I was assured are for it. They are not.
They're worn out pretty badly and too long, but I need them to work right now. So, I cut them down.
They now fit poorly, but they work.
I need to look into how kosher it is to run chains on all 4 tires on these things. It's still lacking traction. I may have to order up some v-bars for it.

Any terrain that requires chains is gonna have less traction than rubber on concrete. I wouldn't worry about the machine taking it.

Yeah, after using it a bit I'm betting V-bars on all 4 will still not be a ton of traction.arse_sidewards wrote: ↑Mon Dec 02, 2024 4:02 am Any terrain that requires chains is gonna have less traction than rubber on concrete. I wouldn't worry about the machine taking it.
I blew a hose or line for the loader hydraulics, can't tell which, made a huge fucking mess. I'm hoping I have some time today to dig into it to look. Guessing I should have swapped out the hoses when I had the engine out.
