Well I’ve been working on it but don’t have very good pictures…

Added cylinder stops in steering ram to limit travel
Made my double shear steering arms and tie rods
Cut the front section off the frame to get rid of the downward dive the stock frames have. Mounting the winch, grill/headlights( both need to have more mounts made to finish Install), ac condenser, dryer, ac fan, PS cooler/fan, pump, orbital and front tube work that keeps evolving..

I’ll take better pictures of stuff this set off after I got a few more things figured out and mounted

Nifty idea to brace the steering arm to what I presume is the caliper mount.

Yea the 6 shooter knuckles come with calliper mounts on both sides so they only need 1 casting mold for both sides and not one per side. That hole is slotted to account for the preload shims. I did forget to clearance the back part of the brace for the tie rods at full lock so the angry end of a die grinder will do that once I get to modding the arms to fit the marlin 28mm pin upgrade upon final assembly.

Thanks I’ve had it forever. It’s an 83 grill with 79 headlight bezels all glued into one. Had to hang that to set everything else around it. But it’s proving difficult to come up with a bumper design that I like that will protect the hard to come by bezels and still look good without being a “typical” Toyota bumper..

Had to move the orbital down as I managed to stuff a cs144 into this thing which is a big upgrade from the stock 60ampunit as this is 140 amp and supposed to give off 100amps at idle.. went a bit over kill on the tensioner though I think.. That ment adjusting coolant lines too but still haven’t finished them.
Reinforced the coil over mounts a bit,

Picture of the ac condenser fan mount
