Engine is on the stand... Which the stand turned out to be bent for some reason, I'm not sure, so I welded some more crap to it because I was concerned.
Harness is ready to get cut down.
I couldn't pick the tranny up to put it on the bench, so I weighed it and found out why. Yeah, that's with the converter still on it, and some fluid left in it. I thought I was just weak. I think with the converter off it's only about 130lbs so that's not as bad.

I should weigh my 4EATs.
They have a front diff integrated into them and you always leave the converter in on those because it's a bitch to seat.
