you had a good run though what 4 years of beating the crap out of itScoobienorth wrote: ↑Fri Oct 22, 2021 1:46 pm Stick a fork into the big guy. It’s done. I’m going to steal the skid, winch mount, gas tank tuck/high clearance hitch and 4 link for the white one, maybe the taller springs, leaving just the motor and 37’s with an unsure future

Re: Project Lay-Z-Boy
Made 5 hard years of breaking trail in the snow. Hard work always full load on the drivetrain. It works well and nothing is that bad but it needs front diff work , both driveshafts, transfer case. I can steal a bunch of parts for the white one too get it working better now. If I do that it’ll be just the motor left in it that’s any good. I really want to move to something smaller and lighter. Won’t get there if I keep rebuilding this one every year. Been kicking the idea of seeing if I could sell the whole package and parts hoard and finding something else to build. The new truck flattened the budget a bit though. Might run the white Guy for a while.pointsnorth wrote: ↑Tue Oct 26, 2021 10:36 amyou had a good run though what 4 years of beating the crap out of itScoobienorth wrote: ↑Fri Oct 22, 2021 1:46 pm Stick a fork into the big guy. Re: Project Lay-Z-Boy
I’m tempted to try and swing my d60’s under this guy as it already needs new suspension and driveshafts as it sits. But I may just sell the motor
