Brian in the mitsubishi Jeep sister in law bought a jl with 2” mopar lift and 35” duratracs last year and has been taking along with us snow wheeling and learning. After blowing my Jeep up she offered to let me drive and I showed her a few tricks and how to feel what traction is like. Her Jeep is really sensitive as spins easily. But once figured out it’s really capable and the jl is a lot better than the jk, the electronics work a lot better, the 8 speed auto is amazing. Here’s me blasting the trail further along with her jeep as she took pictures.

Here’s some pics of brian in the Mitsubishi jeep or today being used as 1 of 2 winch anchors to pull a jk up something it shouldn’t have been in. While winching the rear left tires was in the air, 4 psi ish in all of Brian’s tires. The Baja claws did not pop off the bead and he still had air when he done recovering. He needed to add air as the bead didn’t pop off but wasn’t exactly in place either. Damn amazing setup here has, I’ve never seen tires stuck to rims like his. He said it’s scary using the tire machine at work when he has to change the valve stem’s that were leaking and now I can see why

Out again, got a new driving technique, standing out side just reaching the pedal was the trick to get moving again in this snow, even taking my weight out of the rig was enough to help, was right on the edge of going and not going. Got really stuck at the end of the trail, early on in the video I talk about not being able to steer at 2-3 pounds then later on I start to rally, then I got stuck a couple times pretty good because I couldn’t steer well. Should’ve aired up a bit. Also found out these procomp wheels really hold the bead on. Was playing around where we aired up and really folded them up.
