Vendors read this first!

Vendors and Businesses:

We don't intend to charge you money to promote your products or services here, however we ask a few simple things.

1. Please PM the Administrator (this account) before you start posting. We want to know who you are and what you are selling or offering. Yes, we are going to vet you to some extent, as we may not want the forum associated with some businesses. Don't worry, if you're selling 4x4 related products and are in good standing with the community we're almost certain to say you can go ahead and post.

2. Keep your overt promotion of goods and services to this subforum. If another member asks for a product that does "XYZ" in one of the other forums and you happen to sell a product that does "XYZ", you may go ahead and let them know that, but be low key about it. IE, if you reply to every topic about suspension saying you sell lift kits, we're probably going to get annoyed with you and put an end to it. Likewise if you suddenly are selling tuning software, don't bump every old thread on tuning to say you now sell software. Basically we're letting you advertise for free, so don't abuse it.

3. Please be nice and do not trash talk other vendors. If there's a problem you can PM the Administrator.

4. If you sell non-4x4 related stuff or offer other services, you may make the occasional post about it, but you need to be a contributing forum member. If you sign up just to promote your business it is not okay, you must be somebody who posts regularly and is involved with offroading. This is primarily a 4x4 forum, and we would like to keep it that way.

In the event that vendors do not behave nicely, we may reconsider not charging for being able to promote here. So don't ruin it for everybody.
