Re: The FSU trail buggy build
Progress is progress
Although my buggy already has more mileage as I’ve had to push it outside almost every morning and then push it back in after the shop is closed

Does this put you close to being a full roller now? I know there’s lots to do yet.

Re: The FSU trail buggy build
its been a roller for a while now as keep moving it around the shop. front has been resting on a block of wood as the bump stop pads are not strong enough on the diff yet. hope to pull the diffs soon and weld everything up and call the suspension doneScoobienorth wrote: ↑Tue Feb 08, 2022 11:31 am Does this put you close to being a full roller now? Re: The FSU trail buggy build
added a gusset to the front bump stop mounts and set the buggy at full bump and started on my exhaust. header and front drive shaft are trying to share the same space. because im stupid ive chose not to build a header and instead try and make the exhaust fit around everything. cut the header way back and after lots of pie cuts it just clears. have checked at full bump and flex and its close but clears.
