got the front shock mounts done and welde on the chassis

bump stops, will add a gusset to the frame. when i pull the diff back out ill brace the lower landing pad as right now its just tacked on

finished up the front bumper and farilead mount

Nice progress. Those shock mounts are P I M P on there.

havent touched this in a few weeks as been busy with other stuff

but did add some more chassis braces, vertical tube where the chassis has the miter joint

Looks like you've got enough chassis bracing in the rear there... If that fails other things are going to be pretty dickered.

It's probably fine but I don't like that the bump stop isn't at a node.

the winch crossmember ties into the backside of the air bump mount. if it was an issue im sure we would have heard about it with other tmr chassis

in fact tmrs in house race car doesnt have the rear down tube that has been added here

like Pointsnorth said there is so much other bracing close by with the winch mount and vertical tube i added that i dont see it being an issue. if i wanted to go full over kill i could cut a plate fill in behind the bump can in the chassis but that does feel like a bit much right now

HMF winch plate got burned in

got the front limiting straps done. forgot to cut the mounting blocks for my adjustable straps off the truck when i scrapped it. so got my ghetto on and made some :homer:

I would have just used a couple links of chain for the length adjustment. :laughing:

still haven't worked on this in a while but did need to move it in the shop so tossed the 44s on and put it at bump. belly height is 12" and roof is 72". seeing it like this has gotten me all pumped to get back to this so maybe start working on it again soon

looks badass on the cut boggers but I dont imagine its a good time riding in anything other than snow

Works awsome in the snow i bet, any plans for heat in this thing? Not like you ever go out on cold days or into the mountains or throw snow around with them tires or anything hahaha

yes i have a heater for it as well as i have heated seats. do plan on doing a windshield for and sides for winter wheeling as well
