Been working on a Rubicon build. Still need to put on a winch and bumpers but it seems the 1.5” tires clear without any rubbing haha

Beauty day yesterday exploring the nadina burn. This when I’m really kicking myself for not having a snow wheeler up and running as the fire has exposed so much to explore.

Throw back to 12 years ago Facebook memory. I had just bought a brand new yfz450 race quad and second or third ride I picked up a stick and broke the engine case just Before winter. All winter at work in camp since I had to strip the motor apart I figured it was gods way of saying I didn’t have enough horsepower, divine intervention. So I ordered a cam and a stroker crankshaft and having just met Steve that summer previous he offered to help me tear the motor down. He happened to be splitting up with his wife who had just left so he jumped on the opportunity to tear the motor down on his kitchen table, and two dressers to hold all the parts in order. To fully tear down the motor, transmission setup is a lot of parts for such a small engine package. Used the freezer for the bearings and oven to preheat the engine cases to make pressing the bearings in easier. Quite the couple days. The quad was a beast with strong torque after that pulling hard from 3k-10.3k rpm.
