Fein Slugger dry cut saw

Post by Scott Cee AKA 2drx4 »

I was actually looking for a new bandsaw, but haven't found anything I wanted to spend a lot of money on yet. KMS had the Fein Slugger on sale for black Friday, and they seem to rarely ever go on sale, so I jumped on it. Red Deer had no stock but I got the last floor model transferred from Calgary.

I have to say I'm impressed with how damn heavy it is. No stamped sheetmetal shit on this thing. I think it will be a good addition to the shop, or at least cover for my dying bandsaw for the time being. :lmao:

I'll update when I actually get to use it.

It cuts nice. Still use the bandsaw a ton though and plan to buy a better bandsaw as well.

I think if I was doing more tubing this is superior to the bandsaw.
